Western Management Group invites your participation in the 2010 Collegiate Athletics Compensation Survey. This annual survey collects Total Cash Compensation data on Head Coach and Assistant Coach positions in a wide variety of intercollegiate sports, as well as other Athletics Department managerial and staff-level positions.

Our schedule now calls for the production and distribution of the survey results in March 2010. In order to meet this output schedule, it is extremely important for you to submit your information to us on time, so we may audit and verify your entries, and have ample time to clarify any data or policy questions with you. Standard Reports will be produced on a FIFO (first in - first out) basis. The earlier you submit your data, the earlier you will be placed in the production cycle.

• Detail Report: For each survey job, displays employee weighted averages, simple averages and percentile data for each pay element as well as base-to-bonus earnings mix data, and number of employees reported to each FLSA Status, Job Match Level and Perks Received category. Provides a report that contains ALL data from ALL participants. Your institution’s data is included in the job data totals. Data for each NCAA Division is displayed separately, as well as for all divisions combined. Provided in both Adobe Acrobat PDF and Excel formats, at no additional cost.
- COMPARISON ANALYSIS RESULTS: - $1,000.00
Includes the Standard Results Report above, plus the ability to compare your institution’s data to ALL data from ALL participants. Your institution’s data and comparison statistics are displayed separately, and you may choose to include or exclude your institution’s data from the market results calculations. In addition to the Summary, Detail and Breakout reports, a Market Comparison Report is also provided, which displays how your institution compares to the market in graphic and tabular formats. Data for each NCAA Division is displayed separately, as well as for all divisions combined. Provided in both Adobe Acrobat PDF and Excel formats, at no additional cost.
- CUSTOM RESULTS GENERATION: - $1,600.00
Includes the Standard Results Report above, plus detailed and customized reporting capability. Ideal for those who want reports on selected sets of participants or to meet selected scoping specifications. You have complete flexibility in defining your own reports. A variety of report formats are available including Summary, Detail, Breakout and Market Comparison Reports in both PDF and Excel formats – as described above.
