We would like to invite you to participate in the second annual edition of the Aerospace and Defense Compensation Survey – European Edition. This survey has been designed to collect and analyze specialty roles for the industry across the region.
Western Management has produced a similar survey in the US for over 25 years which is considered “the source” for Aerospace and Defense specific roles with several hundred firms participating in recent editions. A number of our participants have asked for the expansion of the survey to Europe. An Advisory Team of companies was formed which includes Boeing, Goodrich Sensors, Qinetiq and Rolls Royce; these companies were instrumental in the adaptation of the study for the EMEA market, and we thank them for their time and effort to bring this survey to fruition.
The study covers three countries and over 10 metropolitan centers in the region this year. United Kingdom, France and Germany have been included, with the intent of expanding in future years to more countries at the request and needs of the participant-base. The positions in the survey mirror many of the key-roles found in the US study, enabling companies who participate in both surveys ease of matching and input, and direct comparison of the results cross-border. The survey also integrates directly with our EuroComp and EuroComp Executive Remuneration studies.
